Michael Cappello, Founder, is a sales veteran with 30+ years of business development experience. He has compiled an outstanding track record of results and has sold everything from multibillion- dollar enterprise solutions to C-Level executives to local B to B solutions for small business owners. He developed Rapid Business Development, a reproducible proprietary methodology that has been proven time and again to get results across a broad array of diverse verticals.
Jennifer Adams, Director of Business Development, is a results-oriented sales professional with successful business development experience since 2002. Proven ability to achieve solid sales growth and effectively capitalize on new and existing market opportunities. She has successfully developed and implemented strategic plans, identified new market segments, and expanded customer bases by over 50% resulting in increased revenue. Open-minded and forward-thinking with the skill to quickly analyze needs, strategize, and execute results. Jennifer joined Capri in 2014. While she and her husband are raising their four children, they enjoy volunteering their time with various sporting and school events, exploring the great outdoors, and traveling on family mini vacations…leaving no stone unturned!
Matthew Loftus, Director of Sales Administration and Business Development, has a very diverse skill set and experience in many different aspects of business. He manages the client databases, performs market research analysis of top companies/corporations for lead generation and supports the sales team in their ongoing business development efforts. Matthew also has many years of experience in a marketing role which included account management and content creation for countless clients.
Susan Shelley, Director of Business Development, started her career by earning the top marketing award from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. As a marketing manager for Family Express, a chain of 52 convenience stores, Susan gained vast experience in vendor negotiations, sales strategy and P&L management. In 2008, she was hired by Lakeshore Public Television to spearhead business development efforts where she created and produced a new national TV Series, Built to Last, a first for the PBS station. She acquired outside funding for the series as well as national sponsorship, breaking all station records by generating nearly $2M in revenue. Susan joined Capri in 2013 and now focuses her efforts on Rapid Business Development for our clients.
Robert Hardy, Director of Business Development, is a consultative sales professional with over 20 years of experience in a variety of complex products and services. He has developed and delivered repeatable consultative sales methodologies and processes with proven results over the long term, often on sales cycles of a year or longer. Rob consistently exceeds targets, penetrates new markets and segments and delivers increased revenue and client footprint. An innovative sales leader who can strategize and execute. In his free time, Rob enjoys coaching soccer for his children’s teams, camping and traveling.
Karen Browne, Director of Sales Operations, brings to Capri a diverse knowledge from her professional experiences. Having worked in corporate and educational environments as well as owning her own business, she is uniquely qualified to support Capri’s internal business development teams and clients. Karen manages the scheduling and rebalancing of Capri’s client databases, performs market research analysis of top companies/corporations for lead generation, and supports the sales team in their ongoing business development efforts.
Sandra Dahl-Sutton, Director of Business Development, has over 25 years’ experience as a sales professional with business development experience since 2009. Employing a consultative sales approach Sandra consistently exceeds sales goals with an emphasis on client development, retention and pipeline fulfillment. She has provided her clients with qualified, actionable leads and provided market intelligence to support high value products and services. During Sandra’s tenure at Thomson Reuters, she was the Sales Rep of the year and won numerous sales awards. She provides business development for Capri and lead generation for other companies in various industries.
Roslyn Yee, Director of Marketing and Business Development, has over 20 years of sales, marketing and business development experience. She possesses a strong background in new client acquisition through a consultative sales approach, penetrating new markets and client retention. As the sales and marketing manager for Nippon Television’s video production studio division, she grew the client base by over fifty percent and the company achieved the highest sales ever on record. She also exceeded revenue goals for a start-up media facility located at, and in partnership with, New York City’s Jacob Javits Convention Center. She provides business development and marketing services for Capri and other companies in various industries.
Cindy Lou Webber, Administration and Benefits Coordinator, is a graduate of Berkeley Business School. She brings 25 years of experience in the insurance industry specializing in the Private Client Group sector of the market. She is responsible for securing and coordinating group health benefits as well as company payroll and travel for the Capri team.
